Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has reportedly hired a new lawyer, former O.J. Attorney Robert Shapiro.

The celebrity website TMZ is reporting that Shapiro will try to convince Judge Marsha Revel to put Lohan in a rehab facility and either eliminate or minimize jail.

Shapiro, who was part of Simpson's so called "Dream Team," is familiar with substance abuse.

His son Brent died of a drug overdose in 2005

The attorney will reportedly suggest that Lohan does her time at The Brent Shapiro Foundation, according to TMZ..

Shapiro created the live-in rehab facility to help people deal with drug and alcohol problems.

Inmates of the jail where Lindsay Lohan is set to spend up to 90 days have warned of gangs out to attack the starlet, saying "everyone will want a piece of her", The Sun reported Tuesday.

Lindsay Lohan will leave her Hollywood pad next week and move into new digs at the Lynwood correctional facility in Los Angeles. But instead of wild showbiz parties and a plush double bed to curl up in afterwards, the actress will be locked up for 23 hours a day in a tiny cell with a rock-hard bunk and a single blanket.

Lohan's A-list neighbors will be replaced with tough guards and fearsome lesbian gangs desperate to get their hands on her.

Lohan has been sentenced to 90 days' jail for breaking her probation for a 2007 drunken-driving offense. The terrified former child star hired a new lawyer in a last-ditch bid to avoid jail.

And from her future neighbors' graphic accounts of life inside, it is clear why she is so desperate to wriggle out of her sentence.

Tamara Haley, 38, is doing time for heroin possession and prostitution. She said Monday: "Everyone will want a piece of her. It will make them famous if they hurt Lindsay Lohan. Or if you get her to cry, the whole ward will laugh and people will love it -- even the guards."

Haley also warned bisexual Lindsay of the jail's lesbian gangs -- and offered advice on how to avoid their clutches.

She said: "The gay inmates wear their shirts inside out to let others know they are available. So if Lindsay doesn't want someone to grab her ass she'd better keep her shirt on straight. Women grab each other like animals when the guards aren't looking. It's disgusting."

Haley added: "She'll be segregated from the general population, but where she's going it is even worse. It's the wing where the murderers are.

"I don't think they will actually be able to get to her, but you never know. At the very least some of those hard cases will try to scare her. They'll scream stuff to her from their cells.

"I've been in segregation and it was rough. The lights are on the whole time. You hear people screaming all night long. The cells are filthy and kept brutally cold. You get one tiny blanket and that's it.

"There's an infection going around now. You can barely sleep at night from all the coughing. And there are girls with body lice."

Lindsay Lohan might have been sentenced to 90 days in the slammer last week by an angry judge, but that doesn't mean the troubled young actress is going down without a fight.

"Lindsay has no intention of going to jail," a friend of Lohan's tells me. "The only thing that Lindsay did wrong was hire the wrong attorney and now she has fixed that."

Lindsay now has a new attorney, Stuart V. Goldberg, who has arrived in Los Angeles from Chicago claiming, "We're going after them."
Lindsay is supposed to surrender to the court by July 20, but now that her new lawyer is in place, sources tell me Lindsay is confident she won't have to spend a minute in jail.

"She is paying her new lawyer a fortune to fix this mess. She doesn't care what it takes," an insider tells me. "If Lindsay needs to start a Facebook campaign or set up protests or something like that she is totally into it. They are treating Lindsay differently because she is a star, so it's about time she used her star power to help her. She's seen the movie 'Chicago' several times, so it's not like she doesn't know how this sort of thing works!"

Of course it won't be the end of the world -- or financial success -- for LiLo if she does serve time; I previously discovered Lohan could earn a whopping payday (to the tune of $1 million) for an exclusive post-jail interview.

"Financially, it's the best thing that could have ever happened to Lindsay," a magazine insider tells me. "It's no secret that Lindsay has been in financial trouble for a while. She will earn more money from her post-prison interview than she ever earned acting."

He took the stage nearly 45 minutes late — allegedly due to "laser pen fears" — but Eminem more than made up for the delay with a fiery headlining performance on Saturday at the T in the Park festival in Scotland.

Em's made just a handful of live appearances over the past year (his last U.S. gig was a headlining slot at the Voodoo Fest in New Orleans back in October), yet he didn't show any signs of rust at T, ripping through a 29-song set that spanned his entire career.

Backed by a live band, he opened with "Won't Back Down," his collaboration with Pink off his comeback Recovery album, then worked through tracks including "3 a.m." (from last year's Relapse), "Kill You" (off The Marshall Mathers LP) and his breakout "My Name Is" (from 1999's Slim Shady LP).

Em shouted "Free Lil Wayne!" before launching into "No Love," the Haddaway-sampling song that features both rappers (obviously, Weezy couldn't make it to the show). He dedicated "Love the Way You Lie" to "everyone who's been in a f---ed up relationship" and paid tribute to his late friend (and former D12 member) Proof, telling the Scottish crowd about the time the two had devoured "weed brownies" in Amsterdam and "started speaking in tongues."

The remaining members of D12 joined Em for a run of their hits, including "Purple Pills," "Fight Music" and "My Band."

He also acknowledged the rainy weather that had dogged the fest throughout the weekend ("I know it's muddy and sloppy and sh--, but this is fun," he laughed), and then, just before wrapping his set with an anthemic take on "Lose Yourself," he thanked the crowd — and his fans worldwide — for sticking with him through the years.

"Everybody who's an Eminem fan, I just wanna say thank you so much for the support you've shown over the years, for not giving up on me," he said. "I hope you enjoyed the show as much as we did tonight. Peace."

Kevin Federline and his girlfriend Victoria Prince took out all 4 of Kevin's kids to a local park in Chatsworth, Calif. on Saturday (July 10). Sean Preston, 4 ½, Jayden James, 3 ½, Kori, 7 ½, and Kaleb, 5 ½ all got along great as they played at the park and enjoyed some frozen caramel Starbucks drinks.

Kori and Kaleb's mother is Kevin's ex-girlfriend, actress Shar Jackson while he and ex-wife Britney Spears are parents to Sean and Jayden.

I’m really fortunate to have [Shar and Britney] in my life … and as mothers of my children," Kevin said. "I love both of them very much. I still do to this day.”
